All maintenance supplies except the fuser and fuser contained within the maintenance kits can be installed by the customer. The fuser contained is not customer installable. Installation support for genuine InfoPrint Solutions Company maintenance kits is provided in the US at no charge. Outside the U.S., installation services are available at current billable service rate fro this product, with a one-hour minimum. The maintenance kit must be purchased separately by the customer before contacting InfoPrint Solutions Company or installation.

Supply warranties are only for defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment and installation. They are not for print count life or normal wear and tear, nor for any print count minimum. Contact your place of purchase for warranty return instructions.

InfoPrint Solutions Company is committed to environmentally conscious programs for printer supplies. A collection program for used printer cartridges has been established, and return instructions are included in the supply item packaging, with free return shipping.
