Lifecycle Assessment

HP estimates the total lifecycle carbon emissions of Customer’s HP-branded Device using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) conforming to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards.
The LCA estimates emissions from HP printers, supplies and paper due to raw material extraction and processing, manufacturing and transportation, electricity use and end of service.

Description

This solution includes all activities necessary to bring an estimated full lifecycle carbon footprint for a single HP-branded Device to zero. It allows organizations to demonstrate their commitment to climate action to customers, investors, employees and other stakeholders.
